For the Thrustmaster T300 & T300RS, the in-game settings should be: Gain at 75%, Filter at 0%, Minimum Force at 10%, Kerb Effects at 0%, Road Effects at 0%, Slip Effects at 0%, ABS effects at 0%, Enhanced understeer effect disabled, Gamma at 1.00, Filter at 0.00, Speed Sensitivity at 0.00, and Brake Gamma at 2.20.
Tyre pressure front: 1.8-2.5 (depends on the weight of the car) Tyre pressure rear: max value possible. -2° on front. 0 or as much neutral as possible. The dampers should be very soft at the front and very hard at the rear. Thats how i drift and it works even with cars like KTM.
Two things you have wrong are: 1) Centre spring settings. If you look over at the official forums you will see the devs state that you shouldn't enable centre spring because the game does it and that setting in the logitech profile causes issues. 2) Allow game to adjust settings. You should have it ticked.
Degrees: 900. Allow game to adjust settings CHECKED. Combined Pedals MUST BE DISABLED. In AC -> Controls -> Advanced. Force Feedback Gain: 125 - 150%. Dampening: 0.15 - 0.30 (or change according to your tastes) I think I got this from racedepartment forum, and it works for me. #1. ♥ .amdr ♥ Nov 9, 2013 @ 10:05pm.
These are the current settings I am running as I have gotten things dialed in with the Moza R9 Base. Note I am running a 350mm Deep Dish Nrg Wheel, I will be
In the TM Control Panel: DOR: 900 degrees. Overall FFB: 85%. Constant: 100%. Periodic: 100%. Spring: 100% (Not affected in this game but there are other games that rely on this setting for proper FFB) Damper: 0% (Or your preference) In game settings: DOR: 900 degrees.
A few things/tips for starting out: - Make sure the wheel is free spinning. Try the Logitech settings from my signature, see how they feel for drifting. - When drifting, keep your left foot far away from the pedals. You can drift the E30 (drift spec) just with the throttle.
I use the g920 file on my 923, feels as good as it can for a Logitech wheel. i read somewhere in reddit that LUT file should not be used for g923, but if its working for you, it should work for me, thanks ill try it out! Everyone has their opinions, but personally i wouldnt bother drifting without it because the feedback just doesnt do enough.
