If you drive with game or wheel, camera view change works by assigning to that controller, but looks like is a small bug for the keyboard to change cam, but just use F1. Here are my controller settings: Speed Sensitivity = 65%. Steering Speed = 20%. Gamma = 3.01. Filter = 0.600999. Deadzone = 0.1.
