The 735 isn't recognized as even attached by two Macs and a PC. I bought a brand new cable (Garmin original) and it also did not work. The watch charges OK, just won't sync. Until today. I tried the turn it off and connect it suggestion from above. It worked. As the watch started up it synced and Garmin Express now shows the watch attached.
935 is even bigger than the already large 735. browsing Garmins boards I read of more problems with 935 than 735, with some having returned multiple watches.
